                           BERT A. McPHERSON

GRAND RAPIDS- Bert A. McPherson, 76 of 503 Front Street, Belding, died Saturday 
at Butterworth Hospital

Mr. McPherson was born March 30, 1903, in Orleans Township. He was a member of 
Belding Lodge No. 355 F.&AM.

Survivors include his wife, Julia; three daughters, Mrs.Merle (Leah)Weaver, of 
Belding, Mrs William (Geraldine) Peterson, of Sparta and Mrs.Harry (Rosalyn) 
Riddle of Sheridan; three sons, Maynard of Buffalo Grove,Ill., Vernon, of Grand 
Rapids, and Gerald, of Greenville; 20 grandchildren and three great-
grandchildren.

Services will be at 1:30 Tuesday at the Huffman Funeral Home with the Rev. 
Wilford Wood officiating. Burial will be in the River Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Monday. A memorial fund has been established 
for the intensive care unit at Butterworth Hospital.
