James Edward McQueen, 59, of Carson City, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2008, at Carson
City Hospital.  James was born May 3, 1949, in Belding, the son of Clare and
Bessie Knight McQueen.  He had worked at Gibson’s in Greenville and was a past
member of the Greenville Eagles Lodge.

He is survived by his children, Kendra Farley, Bill and Gail McQueen, all of
Lowell, Michelle McQueen of Holland, Lori and Robert Northrup of St. James,
Fla.; his significant other, Vicki Pfeiffer; several grandchildren; three
great-grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters.  He was preceded by his
parents, his sister, brothers and one son, Tony.

Funeral services will be noon Saturday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home,
Belding, with Pastor Kendall Harger of Shiloh Community Church officiating. 
Private burial will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding.  Visitation will
be two hours before the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may
be given to the American Lung Association.
