Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 30 Apr 1934

Lawrence P. McQuillin, died at his home in Chicago, Sunday, April 29.  He was
born and spent his boyhood days in Lyons, going to the state of Washington at
the age of 20.  He had lived the greater part of his life in the west, until two
years ago when he was transferred to Chicago, where he was employed by the
government in the narcotic service.  He leaves his wife, Ann, a sister, Mrs.
Charles Currie, Rich street, Ionia, two brothers, John , of Detroit, and Ralph
of Seattle, Washington.  The body will arrive in Ionia Tuesday afternoon and
burial will be held Wednesday morning at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
