ALEX McROBERTS DIED FRIDAY
Alex McRoberts 87, retired farmer died Friday at Traverse City. A native of Six 
Corners, Owosso County. He was the son of Charles and Eliza McRoberts and had 
spent most of his life in Ionia County.

He joined the East Odessa Wesleyan Methodist Church at an early age and attended 
regularly as long as his health permitted.

His wife, the former Altha Carr, died November 21, 1938.

Surviving are a son Roy of Copemish; grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Terwilliger Funeral Home at Kaleva Sunday and 
at the East Odessa Wesleyan Methodist Church, Monday at 1:30 with burial in 
Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. Delores Lobdell officiated.

Attending the services at Kaleva Sunday were Mr and Mrs Lloyd Haskins, M and Mrs 
Frank O'Mara and Mr and Mrs.Richard Waite (Joyce Haskins) of Alto
