The Ionia Daily Standard, Thursday, December 31, 1891
Marion, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. McVean, died at Grand Rapids on Tuesday 
night.  Little Marion was born in Ionia, and lived here until Mr. McVean’s 
headquarters were transferred to Grand Rapids.  The news of her death was 
received here with sincere regret.
