Geo. E. McVeigh passed away Sunday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. 
Fred Tabor, in Lansing.  He had been in poor health for some time.  He had 
resided in Lansing for the past eight years making his home with his daughter 
part of the time.  Besides his daughter he is survived by one brother, Byron W. 
McVeigh, of Aberdeen, South Dakota, and two sisters, Mrs. Candace Corey of 
Hubbardston and Mrs. E. A. Eldridge of Carson City.  

Funeral services were held at Hubbardston Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock and 
interment was made in the family lot in the Hubbardston west side cemetery.
