Ionia Sentinel Standard-Saturday July 13, 1985

                               FRED W. MELLINGER

IONIA - Funeral service were held Friday for Fred W. Mellinger, 56, who died 
July 8. The Rev. Robert Nixon officiated.

Organist was Mary Cusack.

Burial as in Balcom Cemetery.

Pall bearers were: Dale Foltz, James Hood, Charles Langdon, James Lewis, Robert 
Mellinger, Jack Mellinger, Francis Stout and Gerald Wilder.

Honorary pall bearers were:Ned Berger Jr., Richard Christiansen, Gordon Fuller, 
Willard Hawley, Richard Kelly, Michael Langdon, Thomas Langdon and Richard 
Warden.

A luncheon was served to family and friends by the Elks Lodge following 
graveside services.
