                              SONDRA LYNN MELVIN

LYONS-Sondra Lynn Melvin, 26, of Lyons, died Sunday morning due to accidental 
injuries.

She was born Jan.11, 1953 inLansing, the daughter of Harvey and Maxine 
Lautzenheiser Fletcher.

She was married in Ionia to Dennis Lee Melvin, Sr. in July 1971.

Once employee of Ardens Corp., in Iona, she was employed  Fisher Body Plant of 
Lansing at he time of her death.

Surviving are two sons, Dennis Lee, II and Jeremy Joseph, both at home; father 
Harvey Fletcher of DeWitt; four brothers, Bradley and Steven Fletcher of 
Florida; David Fletcher of DeWitt and Alan Heffelbower of Saranac; and 
grandmother, Mrs.Lena Fletcher of West Palm,Fla. Her mother, Mrs.Aura Maxine 
Glenny preceded her in death in January 1979.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 pm at the Muir Presbyterian Church with 
the Rev.Richard Strait and the Rev.Mark Matter officiating.

She will be at the Hull Memorial Chapel of Muir until noon Wednesday.

Burial will be at a later date in Muir Cemetery.
