E. church, sat down to tea in his usual health. He did not sit down to the table until after the rest of the family had eaten. Nearly the first mouthful he took he threw his head back and died almost instantly. His son’s wife, the only person present, called to her husband, who was just across the road. As she did so he rather indistinctly uttered the words, “Abby kiss me for the last time; I’m going. My time has come.” He gasped twice as his son came in and all was over. He was in the 74th year of his age.
