Portland Observer, 2 Mar 1922

William S. Meyers, well known and highly esteemed resident of Sebewa, passed
away at the Bronson hospital in Kalamazoo, Saturday night, following an
operation for cancer.  The remains were brought to the family home where funeral
services were held, Monday.

The late Mr. Meyers was 63 years of age and leaves a wife and six children.

[Transcriber Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was buried
in East Sebewa Cemetery.]
