Donna Jean Meyers, 82, of Ionia, passes away July 28, 2011. She was born June 
24, 1929 in Carson City, the daughter of Robert and Jessica (Goodenough) 
Horrigan. She married Norman Meyers, June 11, 1949, in Ionia. Donna graduated 
from Ionia High School in 1948.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Norman Meyers of Ionia; 
sons, Robert (Cynthia) Meyers of Ionia and Lee (Kim) Meyers of Rockford; six 
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and sister-in-law Maxine Horrigan 
of Greenville.

Donna was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia, as 
a celebration of Donna Jean’s life. Online condolences may be made at
