Portland Review & Observer - May 5, 1997


Larry J. Meyers, 48, of Lyons died April 27, 1997.

He was born in Portland Jan 1, 1949, the son of John J. and Estella (Hoppes) 
Meyers. 

Surviving are three brothers, Nicholas C. (Jean) and John (Cindy), both of 
Portland, and Roy

 Meyers of Hubbardston; five sisters, Marie (James) Alt of Minnesota, Rosemary 
(Jim) Fish of Sunfield, Theresa (Pat) Lancaster of Farmington Hills, Julie 
(Dennis) Deatrick of DeWitt, and Joan (George) Wober of Portland; and fiancée, 
Gayann Cupps of Lyons. 

Services were held April 30 at the Gorsline-Runciman-Neller Chapel in Portland, 
with Rev. Troy Nevins of St. Patrick Catholic Church officiating.
