The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, February 24, 1955


Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Meyers who died Sunday afternoon at her home at 
1104 Yeomans street, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Myers 
funeral home with the Rev. Heath Goodwin officiating.  Interment was at Tuttle 
cemetery.  Bearers were Robert Mestemaker, Forrest Meyers, Walter Brown and 
Raymond Bloomberg.

Attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Everett Quick of 
Flint, Benny Quick of Detroit, Clarence Meyers of Belding, Mr. and Mrs. Howard 
Bowers, Mrs. Edith Bowers, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marvin of Howard City, Mr. 
and Mrs. Howard Denman of Saranac, Lillian Meyers of Lyons, Mr. and Mrs. Jack 
Smith of Munger, Mrs. Onlee Lowe and Mrs. Susan Symington of Lansing.
