She was a pioneer in this part of the state and has lived through two wars. To her and her first husband, Mr. Philo White, a daughter was born and to her and Mr.Daniel Meyers two sons were born. These three children, two step-children and several grandchildren, a half brother and sister and many other relatives and friends are left to mourn their loss. She was of a kindly disposition, waiting on herself almost to the last and doing what she could for others, ever in her advanced years. For several years her home was where the Fox farm now is, but after the death of Daniel Meyers she moved to the home on Jordan Lake Ave., where she had many friend. Her later years have been spent mostly at Eaton Rapids and Millett so that she might be near her children. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
