Ryan E. Meyers, age 28, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2004. He was born on 
May 4, 1975 in Lansing, the son of Robert and Linda (Maus) Meyers. 

Ryan was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a hardworking painter, employed 
by Dave Cole Decorators.

Preceding him in death was a sister, Roberta in 1997. Surviving are his 
parents, Robert and Linda Meyers of Portland; wife, Janice Meyers of Ionia; 
two sons, Austin and Hunter Meyers of Ionia; siblings, Scott (Tisa) Meyers of 
Portland, Rebecca Meyers of Lansing, Adam (fiancee Trisha Kelly) of Lyons; 
grandmothers, Helen Rogers and Nora Maus; brothers-in-law, Eric (Stacy) 
Johnston of Portland and Jordon DeForest of Madison, Wisc; mother and father-
in-law, Jack and Cynthia Booth of Wayland; several nieces, nephews, aunts, 
uncles and cousins.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Charles D. Hall, 
Pastor, at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Portland. Rite 
of Committal will follow at Keefer-Olmstead Cemetery, Orange Twp. The family 
will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home in Portland from 2 
to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
