Fern Meyers died Unexpectedly

Mrs.Fern Meyer, 50 of 1725 JordanLake Avenue, passed away unexpected Tuesday 
afternoon at Pennock hospital, a short time after admittance.

A native of Sebewa township, her  parents were Frank and Lula Walker. She 
married August (Valentine) Meyers at Lake Odessa, June 27, 1927 and had been a 
lifelong resident of the local area.

Mrs. Meyers was a member of the Laverne Demaray unit of the American Legion 
Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband; 3 daughters, Mrs.James (Wilma) Faust of Vermontville 
Mrs.Keith (ada) Vroman of Woodland and Mrs.Dwight (Clara) Norris of Lake Odessa; 
three sons Vern of Woodland. George and Robert at home; two bothers Merle Walker 
of Sunfield and 20 grandchildren.

Mrs.Meyers reposes at the Pickens funeral Chapel where funeral services will be 
held Friday at 1:30 p.m. Burial in the Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Issac Osgood will 
officiate.
