                              LILLIAN MAE MEYERS

IONIA-Lillian Mae Meyers, 97, of 4878 Riverside Drive, Lyons, died Wednesday in 
the Ionia Manor.


She was born Oct. 17, 1887, in Bushnell Township, Montcalm County, the daughter 
of Jerry and Emma Yeomans.

She married Edwin Meyers in 1905 and he preceded her in death in 1949.

She was a foster care home operator for 20 years, retiring in 1949.

Surviving are three sons, James and Fred of Lyons and Lewis of Crystal; two 
daughters, Myrtle Rowley of Cedar Springs and Gladys Meyers of Ionia; 27 
grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great- grandchildren.

One daughter, two grandsons and one great-granddaughter receded her in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Hull Memorial Chapel, with 
the Rev. Bette Dobbie of the Lyons United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Muir Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
