Mrs. Amy Meyers is Buried at Saranac

Mrs. Amy Meyers died June 3 at the home of her son, Delbert of West Ionia.  She was
in Saranac Decoration Day, and at night complained of not feeling well, but was not
thought dangerous, but when her daughter-in-law went to see how she was found she
had passed away.

She was born March 29, 1859 in Keene township and lived there all her early life. 
She leaves four sons, Delbert of Ionia, Homer of Saranac, George, of Detroit and
William of Spring Valley, Calif.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. O.W. Carr
officiating, Mrs. Carr sang.  Burial was in Saranac cemetery.
