The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, October 13, 1950

Mrs. Mary E. Michelson died at her home at 317 High street Friday morning 
after being ill for the past 15 months.  She was born in Ionia, the daughter 
of Nelson and Emma Hines, and spent her entire life here.  She was the widow 
of Otto Michelson, who died in 1933.  Mrs. Michelson was a member of the First 
Baptist church.

Surviving are a son, Francis, and four grandchildren of Ionia.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Boynton funeral home. 
Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery.
