The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, July 25, 1972


A former Ionia resident, Harlow A. Mickel, 86, now of Carson City died Monday 
at Greenville Community hospital.  

Born in Ionia, May 17, 1886, he was a retired employee of Stafford company of 
Ionia.  He was married to the former Lucy Covill who preceded him in death.  
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Ernest Craft of Ionia, and a stepson, 
Delbert Covill of Florida.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Burns-Schnepp funeral home, 
Carson City.  Rev. James Haney will officiate and graveside services will be 
at 3 p.m. at Pinckney cemetery at Saranac.
