Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Nov 1973

A former Portland resident, Mrs. Florence Miles, 46, of Lansing died Saturday.

Survivors are the husband, Julian; two sons, Donald Collin and Thomas Collin of
Lansing; four daughters, Mrs. Kathy Allen, Mrs. Starr Corkright, Gloria Miles
and Mary Margaret Miles of Lansing; four grandchildren; mother, Mrs. Alice Grant
and stepfather, Robert Grant of Ann Arbor, sister, Mrs. Mary Roberts of Lansing.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland. 
Rev. George Lange of Redeemer Lutheran church of Lansing will officiate and
interment will be at Danby cemetery.

Bearers will be Brian Thelen, Steven Remington, Michael Remington, Ronald
Roberts, Frank Roberts and Eddie Cox.
