Ionia Daily  Sentinel - 7 September  1976
Robert  P. Mileski,  18, of 41 Center street was killed in a one car roll-over 
accident on Grand River avenue west of Portland early Monday morning.  He was 
born in Ionia March 2, 1958, the son of Francs and Yolanda Smith Mileski.  He 
attended SS Peter and Paul Academy through the eighth grade and would have begun 
his senior year at Ionia High school this fall.

He served as an altar boy for several years and recently as an usher at SS Peter 
and Paul Church in Ionia.  He was a member of Father Frelli council 944 of 
Knights of Columbus in Ionia, and of SS Peter and Paul  church.

He is survived by his parents three brothers, Bernard of Hampton,  Virginia; 
John of Tucson,  Arizona, and Edgar of Orleans; two  sisters, Mrs. Glenn 
(Juliann Gaudett of Jacksonville,  Arkansas and Annette at home.

Services are Thursday at 11 am at SS Peter and Paul church  with Rev Mark  
VanGorp officiating.  Burial is in  Mt. Olivet cemetery.   Rosary will be 
recited Tuesday  at 7:30 pm  at the Leddick  funeral home. Parish rosary and 
nights of Columbus rosary will  be recited Wednesday  at 8:30  9 pm.  The family 
will  receive friends and relatives at the funeral home, Tuesday 7 to 9 and  
Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 ppm.
