The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, June 6, 1967

Garth A. Miller, 65, better known as Paul, who lived at 807 ½ Maple street, 
died at St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Rapids Tuesday morning after an illness 
of five days.

Born March 4, 1902 in Ionia he was the son of George Miller and Eva Kingsbury 
Miller and attended Grand Rapids public schools.  In 1957 he was married to 
Frances Randell who survives.  He had lived at his present address the past 10 
years.

Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Hossler of Coral; one 
sister, Mrs. Donna Brehein of Reed City; four stepchildren, Mrs. Edith Hopkins 
of Carson City, Benton and Donald Houseman and Richard Higbee all of Fenwick; 
20 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Myers funeral home with 
interment in Tuttle cemetery.
