Carl E. Miller, 54, of Mosherville passed away Sun., Sept. 9, 2001 at his 
residence.

Carl was born Jan. 25, 1947 in Kent County, to Hullie and Hilda (Pepperton) 
Miller.  He was an electrician for many years, also serving in the National 
Guard.

He is survived by daughters, Carla (Rick) Hicks of Mosherville and Darla (Jim) 
Cook of Coldwater; son, Derrick (Rebecca) Miller of Clarksville; sister, 
Carolann Randall of Saranac; brothers, Robert Miller of Saranac and Hullie 
Miller Jr. of Arizona; long-time companion, Mary Scialabbia of Bronson; step-
children, Christina (Tim) Persing of Sturgis, William Scialabbia of Bronson and 
Lenore Bordon of Sturgis; and 15 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Carl John Miller; several 
brothers and sisters.

A gathering with family and friends will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday at 1750 
Plain St. in Mosherville.

Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.  Arrangements by George 
White Funeral Home, Litchfield.
