The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, January 10, 1927

The body of Mrs. Jessie Bailey Miller, aged 50 years and well known in Ionia, 
who died at her home in Detroit Sunday morning, will arrive in Ionia Tuesday 
noon on the 1 o’clock train and will be taken immediately to the family lot in 
Highland Park cemetery for the burial service.  Rev. W. F. Kendrick, of the 
Methodist Episcopal church, will officiate.

Mrs. Miller is survived by four daughters and a son, all residents of 
Detroit.  She was the widow of Ray Bement Miller and the daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. Herbert Bailey who were numbered among well-known residents of Ionia.
