LYONS -	 John A Miller, 63, of Lyons died Saturday at the Saginaw Veterans 
Hospital.

He was born the son of George and Anna Spitzley Miller, September 22, 1927.

He attended Collins School and Portland High School.

He was in the U.S. Army occupation force in Germany.

He was graduated from Michigan Agriculture College.

He was a heavy equipment operator for a construction company, retiring in 19747.

He was a member of the Lyons/Muir VFW.

He was a past commander and service officer of the Portland VFW.

He is survived by his mother Anna of Muir; four brothers, Leon of Avon Park, 
Fla., Paul of Roanoke, Ind., and George and Laurence of Lyons; three sisters, 
Helen Simon of Muir, Joan Scott of Pewamo , and Florence Johnston of Charlotte, 
N.C.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Hull Memorial Chapel of Muir.
