Miller, 75, of Belding, died Wednesday evening at Greenville Care Center. She was born in Greenville, the daughter of Emory and Anna (Williams) Blanding. She was married to Norman R. Miller Nov. 24, 1949 in Lansing. She was educated at Albion College, Univ. of Denver and graduated from Sparrow Hospital Nursing School. She was a registered nurse in the Kalamazoo area at the Parchment Clinic before her retirement. She was a member of Greenville First United Methodist Church, the Esther Circle and the funeral luncheon committee of the church, a volunteer with Am. Red Cross, Montcalm Area Reading Council, Lakeshore Sewing and Sparrow Hospital Alumni. She is survived by her husband, Norman, one son, George (Nita) Miller of Greenville; three grandchildren, Ami, Adam and Amanda Miller; two brothers, Ron Blanding of Georgia and Arthur Blanding of Janesville, Wisconsin; four sisters, Eleanor Rose of Bradenton, Fla., Joyce Price of Greenville, Dorothy Amidon of Plainwell and Rev. Jane Crabtree of Lake City, MI; several nieces and nephews. Memorial funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. from Greenville First United Methodist Church with Pastor Harry R. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery in Greenville. Memorial contributions may be made to 1st United Methodist Church or Alvah N. Belding Library in Belding. Arrangements are being handled by Hurst Funeral Home in Greenville.
