Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Fri. March 22, 2012

Carl E. Miller, 81, of Ionia passed away March 1, 2012 in Ionia.  He was born 
March 19, 1930 in Newaygo County. Carl married Ella Roberts, Sept. 20, 1952. He 
retired after 26 years of service from Oldsmobile in Lansing where he worked as 
a painter. He also worked for Sentinel Standard for many years delivering 
papers and was a member of National Rifle Association.

Carl is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Ella Jean Miller of Ionia; and 
brother and sister-in-laws, Ruth Ann Jerman of Arizona and Joan (Elijah) Ward 
Jr. of Ionia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating.
