Karen D. (Cofield) Miller, 64, of Ionia, passed away Dec. 11, 2013, in 
Belding.  She was born Oct. 5, 1949, in Deming, N.M., the daughter of James and 
Verble (Allen) Cofield.

Karen was very kind and loving, and always had a smile.  She enjoyed working on 
the family genealogy and loved the Dallas Cowboys.

Karen is survived by her sons, Lamont (Shawna) Miller of Arizona, Lanty Miller 
of Ionia, and La Von (Corie) Miller of Ionia; grandchildren, Skilar Miller of 
Ionia, Triston Miller of Ionia, Jesse Miller of Ionia, Sierra Miller of 
Arizona, and Garrett Smith of Ionia; sisters, Myra (Curtis) Aman of Ohio and 
Jamie (Larry) Noble of Texas; and special friend, Linda Cummins of Ionia.  She 
was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Jessie.

Cremation has taken place and no services at this time.  Arrangements by Lake 
Funeral Home of Ionia.
