Dec. 20, 1973 Grace L. Miller Dies in Arizona Funeral services for Grace L. Miller, a noted and highly respected Evangelist in the Clarksville, Lake Odessa and Ionia area for many years who passed away Nov. 27 in Arizona, were held at Apache Junction November 30th. Surviving are her husband Albert and two daughters, Lee of Los Gatos, Calif. and Opal Marie of Chicago, Ill. Albert and Grace Miller formerly lived north of Clarksville on Grand River Ave. (Old 16) and for the past several years had lived at Apache Junction, Ariz. Mrs. Miller served as Education Director of the former 8th District of Michigan and founded the Maranatha WCTU in 1955. At Benton Harbor Mrs. Miller was presented a beautiful pin for being "Woman of the Year in WCTU." She was chaplain of the Blue Star Mothers Chapter and served two years in Business and Professional club at Mesa, Ariz,. as chaplain. She had her own radio studio, this being the 18th year of production. Mr. and Mrs. Miller were members of the Calvary United Brethren church at Lake Odessa where he served as treasurer and trustee and she was a teacher. At Clarksville they were members of the Clarksville Bible church.
