WILLIAM "BILL" MILLER 1957-2017
William "Bill" Kenneth Miller, aged 60 of Ionia, MI passed away peacefully 
surrounded by his family on June 4, 2017.

He was born March 17, 1957 in Kalamazoo, MI the son of Kenneth and Katherine 
(Riley) Miller. William married Karen Puffenberger on Sept 29, 1990 in Grand 
Ledge, MI. He was a member of SS Peter & Paul Church and Knights of Columbus. 
William worked as a corrections officer for 26 years.

He enjoyed playing softball and was a big U. of M. fan, especially football. He 
was very involved with hi son's lives. 

William is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Karen Miller of Ionia; Sons, 
Ryan Miller, Justin Miller and Brandon Miller all of Ionia; Brother, Brian 
(Karen)Miller of Ionia; Sisters, Mary (Rick) Hager of Ionia and Annie (Scott) 
Jones of Minnesota; Father-in-law, Lenry Puffenberger of Eaton Rapids; Many 
Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

William was preceded in death by his parents.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 9, at 11 a.m. at SS. 
Peter & Paul Catholic Church with Father Tom Brown celebrant. Interment will be 
held at Mt. Olivet cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-
8 p.m. with Rosary being said at 7:30 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in ionia.
