Sentinel-Std. - Tuesday, Feb. 25, 1964

Anthony C. Miller, 61, of 464 1/2 West Main street, died at Ionia County 
Memorial hospital tuesday morning after an illness of about four years.

He was the son of the late Joseph and Theresa Huffnagel Miller and was born 
May 3, 1902 in Pewamo. He attended St. Joseph Catholic school and was 
married at SS. Peter and Paul church in Ionia, January 11, 1923 to Dorothy 
M. Mason.

Mr. Miller lived most of his life in Ionia and was a sheet metal worker and 
mason. He also was employed at Hayes-Ionia Body company several years, 
Banhagel construction company and more recently at Felix dry cleaners.

He was a member of SS. Peter and Paul church.

surviving are his wife, Dorothy; four sons, Kenneth Miller of Lyons, John of 
Ionia, Anthony of Battle Creek, and Leonard of Westphalia; two brothers, 
Joseph Miller of Lansing and John of Luke Park, Fla. four sisters, Mrs. 
Elizabeth Fox and Mrs. Kate Fox of Lansing, Mrs. Mary Loeher and Mrs. Irene 
Scherer of Detroit and 21 grandchildren.

Rosary will be recited at Myers funeral home Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

Requiem High Mass will be sung at SS. Peter and Paul church Friday at 9 a.m. 
followed by interment at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
