GEORGE M. MILLER
A retired Portland area farmer George M. Miller, 76, of 305 Church, Portland 
died Thursday morning at his home. He was born in Rumania.

He and his wife celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year. He was a 
member of the Knights of Columbus.

Besides his wife Anna M. he leaves four daughters, Mrs Helen Simon of Muir, 
Mrs Aileen Pinckney, Napa, Calif., Mrs. Jean Scott of Williamston, Mrs 
Florence Johnston of Carson City; five sons, Leon A. of Saranac, John A. of 
Lyons, Paul A. of Ft. Wayne, Ind., George L. of Lyons and Lawrence H. of 
Delaware, Ohio; 47 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and a brother 
and sister in Rumania.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 9:30 am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church 
in Portland. Fr. Steve J. Kolenic will officiate and interment will be at 
Portland cemetery.

Rosary will be recited Friday at 8 pm at Neller Funeral home in Portland.
