Ron was born April 7, 1965, in Jackson, Michigan, the son of Michael J. and Marie K. (Whorley) Miller. He attended Lakeshore High School in Stevensville, graduating with the class of 1983. Ron would go one to marry Deann R. Priebe Sept 25, 1987, in St.Joseph, Michigan, April 13, 2021. He owned and operated Southside Property Maintenance in Ionia. Ron also initiated the Liberty trailer Project which pays tribute to those who dedicated and risked and many who lost their lives for American Freedom. He loved shooting long range guns, working in the yard and especially spoiling his grandchildren with a ride on the tractor or the quad. Surviving are his loving wife Deann miller of Ionia. Parents Michael and Marie Miller of Kalamazoo. Children; Jessica (Scott) Egeler of Rockford, Cody (Chandavy) Miller of Ionia, Austin Miller of Ionia and Amanda (Joel) Bergin of Ionia, Grandchildren; Sadie and Audrey Egeler and Emmitt and Ellaina Miler. Siblings; Jon Miller of Florida, Annette (Kyle) Kraft of Kalamazoo and Tim Miller of Indiana. Several brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at Restore Church in Ionia, 430 Main St. Saturday, April 7, 2021 at 2 p.m. with John Prominski and John Piercefield officiating. Interment to follow at Tuttle Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday at the church from 1-2 p.m. Services will be live streamed at Lake Funeral Homes Facebook page. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to his family.
