Death Claims Emma V. Miller

Mrs. Emma V. Miller, 78, passed away Saturday afternoon at the home of her 
daughter Mrs. Sam (Golda) Blair, Route 22, after an extended illness.

A native of Virginia, she came to this area about 40 years ago from Barrington, 
Ohio. Her husband Edgar, passed away June 25, 1949, after 47 years of marriage.

Her only survivor is her daughter besides nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. Luther Brokaw officiated.
