Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard
Mrs. M. Alberta Miller, 66, of Welch road, died early Tuesday at Central 
Michigan Community Hospital in Mt. Pleasant of injuries sustained in a two-car 
collision east of Winn Monday evening.  She was born in Ionia July 26, 1910, the 
daughter of Robert and Ida Bunderson Frost.  She attended schools in Ionia and 
graduated with the class of 1928.  She married George Hoppough March 29, 1929.  
He preceded her in death in 1939.  She married C. Calvin Miller August 25, 1945, 
he survives.  

Also surviving are three sons, George Hoppough and Robert Hoppough of Ionia, 
Gerald Hoppough of Orleans; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Bonnie) Slater of Ionia 
and Mrs. Ray (Dawn) Read of Shepard.  One brother, Jerold Frost of Hastings; one 
step-brother, Herbert Denning of Ionia and 17 grandchildren also survive.  

Services are Friday at 1 pm from the Leddick funeral home in Ionia with Rev Dr 
Lloyd Walker of the LeValley United Methodist church officiating.  The family 
will receive friends and relatives Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the funeral 
home.
