An eye witness said that Miller passed his car just before the accident, swerved a few times, turned completely around and hit the tree. He received a skull fracture but was said to have been breathing after the accident but died enroute to Greenville. He was taken to Hoffman Funeral Home in Greenville and later removed to Fitzjohns Funeral Home in this city. Mr.Miller was born in Kent county August 24, 1908, and when a lad of four moved with his parents to the farm which was his last home, three miles west of the city on M-44. He married Corinne Parrman of South Haven in 1935 and for a few years lived in this city, later returning to the farm home of his childhood. Left to mourn their loss are his wife, Corinne, and two daughters, Sharon and Eva May; hie father, Lee Miller, who made his home with him, and two brothers, Elmer, and his twin brother,LaRue, both of Ionia. Funeral services were held at Fitzjohn Funeral Home Tuesday at 2:30, with Rev. Lester Clough officiating, and interment was in River Ridge Cemetery. Pall bearers were Leo Wittenbach, Walter Wittenbach, Ronald Cowles, Kenneth Hamilton, Jack Newland and Joe Anderson, Jr. Additional Comments: River Ridge Cem.,#27-Sec.4 Belding,Mich.
