Portland Review - Monday, April 20, 1998

Ronald J. Miller, 54, of Lansing died April 1, 1998.

He was born in Eagle May 14, 1943, the son of Wilmer and Edna (Smith) 
Miller. Mrs. Miller was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Portland.

Surviving are his wife, Linda; daughters, Rhonda (Rick) Fergerson of 
Portland and Renee E. Miller and special friend, Larry, of Mason, sons, 
Ronald (Tim) and Michael C. Miller, both of Portland; stepdaughter, Laura 
(Gordon) Adamczyk of Leslie; stepsons, Robert Allan and special friend, 
Jamie, Scott Allan and special friend, Julie, all of Jackson, Martin (Debra) 
Allan of Battle Creek, Terry (Mary) Allan of Jackson, and Michael (Cindy) 
Allan of Jackson; six grandchildren; 15 stepgrandchildren; mother, Edna 
(Miller) Fernholz; brothers, James (Elaine) Miller of Portland, Jerry 
(Elaine) Miller of Eagle, Charles (Toni) Miller of Lyons, Wilmer (Ann) 
Miller of Portland, and Gary (Jean) Miller of Muir; and sisters, Peg (Larry) 
Keilen of Pewamo, Alice (Richard) Bengel of Westphalia, and Mary (Jack) 
Sandborn, Kathy (David) Walker, and JoAnn (Matt) Anthony, all of Portland. 

Funeral mass was celebrated April 18 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, with 
Rev. Troy Nevins officiating. Rite of Committal was held at Portland 
Cemetery.
