Marie Ann Miller, aged 85, of Ionia, passed away March 23, 2006. She was born 
October 30, 1920 in Montcalm County, MI the daughter of John and Carolyn 
(Hendricks) Nemetz.  She married Elmer Miller September 23, 1944.  She was a 
long time charter member of Lincoln Ave Baptist Church since 1935 and also a 
member of the Church Missionary Circle.

Marie is survived by her loving husband of 61 years Elmer Miller of Ionia; 
daughter Cheryl Miller of Ionia; sisters Joyce Houserman of Ionia and Zava 
Smejkl of Ionia.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter 
Evelyn and 12 sisters and brothers.

Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Lincoln Ave Baptist Church 
in Ionia with Pastor Darren Tharp officiating. Visitation will be held at the 
church from 9 a.m. until the time of service.  Anyone wishing to make memorial 
contributions to Lincoln Ave Baptist Church, Ionia.
