Miller, 31, of Orleans died of an extended illness Tuesday evening at Sparrow hospital in Lansing where he had been a patient since November 13. Born April 9, 1942 in Hastings he was the son of Lawrence and Bernice Miller. He graduated from Saranac high school with the class of 1960. He served with the army in Korea in 1967 and 1968. December 21, 1960 he was married to Faymie L. Smith of Orleans. He was employed as a painter for a firm in Youngstown, Ohio, and injured while at work in Youngstown. He has been unable to work for several years since. Surviving are the wife; two daughters, Denise K. and Dawne Marie; a stepson, Gene, all at home; m other, Mrs. Bernice Miller of Clarksville; half brother, Robert Tucker of Clarksville and grandmother, Mrs. Lelo Loganbach of rural Lake Odessa. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 pm at Clarksville Bible church. Rev. Elwood Norton will officiate and interment will be at Clarksville cemetery. Mr. Miller is at the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel in Clarksville.
