Funeral services for Joseph Miller who died Monday afternoon were conducted at Lyons
Baptist church Thursday at 2 p.m.  The Rev. Earl F. Buffum conducted the service. 
Mrs. Lawrence Albright had charge of the music and Mrs. Charles Witmar was soloist. 
Bearers were Charles Witmar, Frank Esch, Lawrence Albright, Melvin Schmidt, Robert
Lapo and Burt Benjamin.  Interment was in Tuttle cemetery.

Attending the services from away were Walter Swanger, Mr. and Mrs. John Hodges, Mrs.
Florence Welch, Mrs. Katherine Kramer, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hodges, Charles Swanger
and Clayton Swanger of Grand Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Miller and family of
Saranac; Lynn Miller, Bud Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Misner and Mr. and Mrs. Joe
Sawtell of Ionia; Mr. and Mrs. Claude Miller, Charles Miller, Miss Lois Wilson, Mr.
and Mrs. George Wilson, Barbara Wilson, Anna, June, Francis and Robert Wilson of
Detroit; Mrs. Myrtle Priniah and Mrs. W.S. Conrad of Columbus, O.; Mr. and Mrs.
Thomas Glenn of Port Huron; Mrs. Betty Blumberg of Owosso; Mrs. Elnora Blue, Mrs.
Albert Wade, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Kinsey and Argel Sechler of St. Joseph, Ind.; and Mr.
and Mrs. H.D. Sechler and Mrs. William Dinehart of Garrett, Ind.
