Delos R. Mills, 34, of 423 Jermyn street died unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon 
at 4:10 at Blodgett Hospital where he had been taken earlier in the day.  He 
was born August 31, 1926 in Lyons and attended Lyons school and lived in 
Belding before moving to Ionia in 1950.  He has been employed at the Michigan 
State Reformatory for two years.  He was a veteran of World War II having 
served 3 ½ years.

Surviving are his wife, Anna; two sons, Harry and Gregory, and one daughter, 
Carolyn, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mills of Lyons; one 
brother, Stanley of Lyons; and one sister, Mrs. Irene Tenner of Portland.  

Mr. Mills was a member of the Lyons F. and A.M.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11, at 2 p.m. at Myers funeral 
home with the Rev. Roger Stressman officiating.  Interment will be in Lyons 
cemetery.  The Lyons F. and A.M. will have charge of the service.
