Bennett lib@dogsbark.com July 8, 2010, 1:46 pm Ionia Sentinel Standard MILTENBERGER, ABRAHAM: IONIA DAILY SENTINEL STANDARD, MI, FRIDAY APRIL 8, 1921, FRONT PAGE: "ABRAHAM MILLENBERGER, A SARANAC RESIDENT, DEAD - Saranac, April 8 - Abraham Milenberger, 64 years of age, passed away at the home of his son, Will, in Boston township Wednesday, April 6. He lived for several years on a farm in this vicinity, then moved to Saranac and a few years ago moved to Ionia. He with his wife and two sons and daughter, Ruth, had been in Bridgeport, O., for the winter where the boys were employed on a railroad. A few weeks ago he returned to the home of his son, Will, and there was taken seriously ill, when the rest of the family were sent for. He first had a stroke of paralysis about two weeks ago, terminating in pneumonia which caused his death. Surviving him are the widow, one daughter, Ruth, and three sons, Will, Lee and Dewey. He also has two sisters living, Mrs. Mary Walter and Mrs. Hamilton Walter. Funeral will be conducted from the home of his son, Will, Friday at 2 o'clock, Rev. L. C. Frost officiating, burial in Saranac cemetery."
