MINAKER
Beverly Jean (Montgomery) Minaker, age 78, of Ionia, passed away at home 
surrounded by her loving family, under hospice care early Saturday morning, 
September 28. She was born in Ionia on December 14, 1940, the daughter of Bud 
Alan and Lucille Mae (Donner) Montgomery, both of whom preceded her in death. 
Beverly attended Ionia Schools and worked in several capacities during her 
lifetime including factory work and serving as a Deli Clerk at Meijer for 
several years. She cherished her daughters and their families,, especially 
the dear grandchildren. When she wasn't busy at work or home, her favorite 
thing to do was combing the surrounding area for garage sales, flea markets,  
other events where she could pick up and bring home a new "treasure" that 
might just be considered trash by someone else. She had many friends and will 
be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Beverly is survived by her three daughters Kimberly (Gene) Jones, Marlene 
Patrick and Billie Jo (Scott) Ostrander all of Ionia; grandchildren, Ehren 
(Shannon) Jones, Casey (Angie) Jones,Jessica (Billy) McDowell and Jennifer 
(Josh) Densmore; great-grandchildren, Stella Ralston Jones, Luray Ralston 
Jones, Neveah Ostrander, Ford McDowell, Rex McDowell, Starr Densmore, Angel 
Densmore, Buddy Densmore and Mila Densmore; siblings, Rosie (Jim) Kerr, Barb 
(Maynard) Helmer and Billy Montgomery; and several nieces, nephews, cousins 
and many dear friends. In addition to hr parents, she was preceded in death 
by brothers Bradley Scott (Barb) Montgomery and Bud (Alice) Montgomery.

Graveside Services took place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at 
Easton Township Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Hulford officiating For additional
