He died at 5 p.m., January 2 at Ionia County Memorial hospital after an illness of six weeks. Mr. Minier spend most of his life in Ronald township where he was born September 13, 1876. He was the son of John G. and Laura Smith Minier. March 29, 1899, he was married to Ada Janet Jeffers who died January 13, 1959. Mr. Minier was a printer by trade. He became a member of Palo Methodist church at the age of 20 and held the longest membership in the church. He was a life member of the F&AM lodge. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Esther L. McKimball of Ronald township and a sister, Mrs. Stanley Dann of Lake Odessa. Boynton funeral home has charge of arrangements and burial will be at Palo cemetery. The Rev. A.
