Ionia Daily Sentinel, 28 May 1918

Henry Minier, father of Mrs. E. E. Slye of this city, died this morning at 1:45 
at his home after a long illness.  He was 74 years old, and leaves a widow and 
son, Louis, at home.  Funeral service will be held at 10 o’clock Wednesday 
morning, fast time.  Burial will be in Palo cemetery.
