Minikey, 58, of Ionia died Saturday in Ionia County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Belding July 19, 1925, the daughter of Walter and Reva Bolster Moore. She attended schools in Ionia and graduated from Ionia High School in the Class of 1944. She was employed at Ypsilanti-Reed Furniture Co., Ionia Manufacturing C. and successor firms, retiring from General Tire in 1978. She attended Zion United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Donald; three stepsons, Jack of Fenwick and Danny and Thomas, both of Sheridan; two brothers, Walter Moore of Greenville and Maynard Moore of Clarksville; four sisters, Mrs. Robert (Delores) Heaven of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Vernon (Paula) Havens of Calumet, Mich., Mrs. Colleen Almy of Ionia, and Mrs. Gordon (Gaylene) Furman of Ionia; and four step grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Leddick Funeral Home, with the Rev. Eldon Schram officiating. Burial will be in Keefer Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials have been established for the Ionia County Unit of the American Cancer Society and Zion United Methodist Church of Ionia, in care of the funeral home.
