Ionia County News - Thursday, Oct. 24, 1946

Mrs. Mary Minty, 73, resident of Ionia for 46 years, died at the home of her 
daughter, Miss Frances Minty, of Lansing, Tuesday morning. October 22. In Failing 
health for several years she had been critically ill only the past week.

Mrs. Minty was born at Grand Haven, March 10, 1873, and united in marriage to 
Alexander Minty August 17, 1896. Mr. Minty died eight years ago.

Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Wilson Coats of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Charles Lee of 
Lansing and Miss Francis Minty of Lansing and two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Holbach of 
Muskegon and Mrs. Catherine Hansen of Kalamazoo.

Funeral will be from Bradley's at three o'clock Thursday afternoon, Oct. 24. Burial

in Highland Park cemetery.
