Modjeska “Madge” D. 89, of Belding passed away Sunday, April 29, 2001, at 
Metron of Greenville Nursing Home.

She was born Jan. 17, 1912, in Indianapolis, the daughter of William and 
Margarette (Seymour) Dickey. On July 5, 1912, she married Henry Mishler of 
Grand Rapids and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by 
her parents.

Madge was a retiree of General Motors Diesel and a life member of the Order of 
Eastern Star of Belding. She was a kind and loving lady, special to all that 
knew her.

Madge is survived by a half-brother, Roland Dickey of Indianapolis and several 
nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home 
Belding with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. Interment will be in Chapel Hill 
Memorial Gardens, Grand Rapids. Visitation is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday at 
the funeral home. 

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
