FRANK B. MITCHELL
Frank B. Mitchell, 64, died at Veteran Memorial hospital in Ann Arbor Thursday at
7:30 p.m. following a long illness.

He was born near Vickeryville, Montcalm County, February 4, 1897, the son of
Stoughton D. and Julia A. Mitchell.

He is survived by his wife, Margarette; a stepdaughter, Marie Feedey  of Vista
Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Howard Cope of Vickeryville and Mrs. Clarence Wickerham of Ionia;
several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Mitchell was a veteran of World War I  and served on active duty overseas with
the 32nd division from Ionia returned with the 126 Red Arrow division. Two years later
he became employed as a mail carrier in the Detroit area and worked there until his
retirement.

Prior to his illness he resided at Highland lake, Pinckney.

Funeral service will be conducted at Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan Sunday at 2
p.m. with the Rev. Jean Crabtree officiating. Interment will be at Sunny Hill  cemetery
at Palo.
